Extra Special Bitter

A traditional English Ale brewed with English Marris Otter malt. Nicely balanced between the biscuit malt profile and the yeast producing the bitter characteristic. Brewed for our fans of the Frankie and Irish Red.

Pale Ale

A gently hopped American classic, made with Carolina Gold Malt. Mosaic, Simcoe and Wakatu Hops. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Yancey County Reconciliation house and PATH for hurricane relief efforts.

Kettle Sour

Kettle sour ale loaded with local fresh strawberries along with a heaping dose of sea salt.

Mexican Lager

Our collab with our friends at Big Pillow Brewing showcasing the Year of the Trail and Jona's hike to Hot Springs, NC. Brewed with Riverbend Malts Chesapeake Pilsner and bloody butcher corn, then fermented with Mexican Lager yeast. Bright and citrusy.

Porter

Locally-grown Light Munich malt along with Chocolate and Dark Caramel malts give a slightly bready and caramel smoothness to this robust porter.

Blonde

5.3% ABV

Crisp and refreshing blonde ale with the addition of High Noon Coffee roaster cold brew.

Chocolate Coffee Milk Stout

A dark and rich stout infused with French Broad Chocolate cacao nibs and High Noon Coffee Roasters cold press coffee. Contains Lactose.

British Ale

A collaboration with Hillman Beer, this bready British Ale with toffee and caramel notes is brewed with Maris Otter, Golden Promise, naked oats, pale chocolate, and brown & crystal malts. It is classically fermented with Yorkshire Yeast.

Blonde Ale

Standard Blonde Ale with moderate hop presence.This Blonde ale was produced to give some relief to the high prices in the craft beer industry. Named after the medicine produced in Relief, NC in the 1800's, Hart's Relief, patrons enjoyed the "relief" it gave them.

IPA

New Zealand Pacific, Sunrise, Nelson, Saughuin and Watiatu hops give this crisp IPA a white grape aroma and resinous hop flavors.

Cereal mashed with Jimmy Red heirloom corn harvested from Yancey County farmers, a "southeastern" IPA brewed in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery and sowed with heaps of Michigan Chinook, Crystal and Incognito Mosaic hops.

Pilsner

5.2% ABV

Czech style Pilsner brewed as a collaboration with all of the current and former brewers that have helped us reach this milestone of our 1,000 brew. Earthy profile with a low-moderate hop presence . Brewed using Riverbend Malt.

Hazy NEIPA

7.2% ABV

Hazy IPA hopped with New Zealand Neson Sauvin and Strata hops. A complimentary opposite to our Cattail West Coast IPA. Contains lactose.

Ginger Beer

5.2% ABV

Ginger's Revenge in Asheville, NC brews this ginger beer with Lime and Agave, which balances ginger heat with fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar. Bright, citrusy, and refreshing. Gluten free.

Hard Cider
